Deep Bowl

The last dayalu collection featured beautiful big bowls in traditional blue colours, but some of you were surprised by the size. So big! Bigger than they look in the pictures! 

Well, we heard you, and here comes the answer: Same intricate painting, same bold motif, but small enough to fit in the smallest corner of your kitchen cabinets. But: it wants to see the light of day, ideally on your table for the world to see. Ideal for soups, stews, or anything else if you're on team bowl & spoon (as opposed to team plate & fork – if that is how we want to categorize people).

A note on handmade pottery
Handmade is not machine-made. While the colours and shapes are similar, the painting and final look of each piece are truly unique.
No two pieces will ever look the same, just like no two things in nature ever do. Don't be mad if the artisan left a little "personal touch" (literally!) for you, a tiny smudge here or part of a fingerprint there. Embrace the individuality that comes with this kind of pottery.
